Inductive sensors from the Bi and Ni families, uprox factor-1 devices, M12 cordsets and junction boxes, and TBEN IP67 I/O blocks are the fastest movers. Interface modules from the IM series and BL ident RFID follow for process and traceability work.
→What does a factor-1 (uprox) sensor give me?
Equal sensing distance on steel, stainless, aluminium, brass and copper, instead of the reduction factor a standard inductive sensor applies to non-ferrous metals. It simplifies specification on mixed-material machines and gives more installation margin.
→Can you supply against a specific Turck part number?
Yes. Send the part number or the ident number from the existing device and we will revert with availability, pricing and lead time. Where a range has been superseded we identify the current equivalent before quoting.
→Can you supply cordsets cut and moulded to a specific length?
Turck catalogues a wide range of standard cordset lengths and configurations, and we quote from that catalogue. Send the connector styles, cable length and jacket material you need and we will identify the matching reference.
→What are typical lead times and minimum order quantities?
Lead times depend on whether an item is stocked in India or imported. There is no fixed minimum order quantity — we handle single-sensor maintenance orders as well as project quantities. Every quotation states the lead time in writing.
