→Which Pilz products do you supply most often?
PNOZ and PNOZsigma safety relays for E-STOP and guard monitoring move fastest, followed by PSENcode and PSENmag safety switches for guard position. PSENopt light curtains and PNOZmulti controllers follow on larger cells.
→Can you supply against a specific Pilz order number?
Yes. Send the order number from the device label or the circuit diagram — a six-digit reference such as 751103 — and we revert with availability, pricing and lead time.
→Can you quote a complete safety circuit rather than single devices?
Yes. Send the safety schedule or the circuit diagram and we quote the sensors, the relay or controller, the expansion modules and the cordsets together, so the cell can be built without a second order.
→Do you supply devices for an existing PNOZ or PNOZmulti installation?
Often, yes. Much of the installed base is still in service and still generates spares enquiries. Send the reference and we confirm whether it can be sourced, or identify the current successor where a range has been discontinued.
→What are typical lead times and minimum order quantities?
Lead times depend on whether an item is stocked in India or imported. There is no fixed minimum order quantity — we handle a single replacement relay as readily as the full content of a safety retrofit. Every quotation states the lead time in writing.
